Dear Chris:
Firstly, Jon and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work in the selling of our home in Royal Palm Beach. We considered many other agents but upon discovering you through a neighbor of ours and after meeting with you we felt that your firm was the right fit for our family. Your openness and availability could not be matched. There was not one time, when a phone call or email was not answered immediately. That is very refreshing and unusual in these times.
Second, your willingness to work and show our home around our work and school schedule made our life very easy and the difficulty of showing a home almost non existent.
Last, on a personal note, living in the same community as us and having children close in age made our work relationship extremely pleasant. Hello Chris,
Hard to believe but it's been almost 2 months since we closed on our "New" home in Melrose Park...where does the time go. That being said,my family and i have been very busy settling in, however i did want to take a moment and send you a "Thank you" note. As mentioned prior to meeting you, i had interviewed and spent quite a bit of time with several realtors only to end with great disappointment on their level of "Caring for the Customer". Your approach was refreshing, especially in today's challenged environment which made me and my family feel comfortable as we moved forward through not only the home buying process,but also the selling of our existing home at the time.
